Configurator allows to create links on the parameters. For the link creation user should select required object in the object tree on the tab «Objects» or «Devices». After that user should select parameter in the parameter table and press right mouse button. User should press «Add Link» in the context menu. In the displayed dialog box user should set name alias for the parameter to the link table and press «OK» button. After that link will be appended to the table on the tab «Linked».

This tab contains the set of links on the configuration parameters. Each link has status, that indicates parameter availability in configuration.

Empty links have value “Data not found” and special icon.

Mouse-over on the link show tool-tip with link location in the configuration file structure (tab “Objects”).

Values are changed by double-clicking right mouse button on the parameter in the link table. Data are changed according their type.

Locates in «Menu→File» or on the toolbar

Open — open selected file

Save — save changes in file

Save As — save changes in selected file (or create new)

Locates in «Menu→ Append» or on the toolbar

Union — appends root elements in the opened file from the selected file. Elements from the opened file will be used in case of opened file contains elements with the same name as elements in selected file. (This function will be useful for the appending new elements and saving old parameters)

Add from file — creation/replacement selected root elements from selected file. Elements with the same names will be replaced (this function is useful for replacement selected root elements).

Open folder — union of the selected files in the selected folder (without sequence of selected files)

Locates in «Menu→File» or on the toolbar

Full Screen — enable/disable «Full Screen mode»

Exit — close configurator

Select — remove all structures with identical names, except selected structure (right mouse button by the red element)

Remove — remove selected structure (right mouse button by the red or yellow element)

Add — create «child» list element with default values (right mouse button by the «parent» list element)

Copy — copy select object to the end of the list (right mouse button by the «child» list element)

Remove — remove selected object (right mouse button by the root element, or «child» list element)

Add Link — create link on the selected parameter (right mouse button in the parameter table in the «Objects» or «Devices» tab)

Update Link — change link name (right mouse button by the «active» link in the link table)

Remove Link — remove link from the link table (right mouse button by the link in the link table)

Structures tab designed for the work with configuration «meta data». Tab contains list of all used classes, used in configuration.

Table displays parameters of the selected class. Table consists of two columns with «Name» and «Description» of the parameter.

Configurator checks out «meta data» automatically. Structures without objects (i.e. structure not used in configuration) highlights by yellow color. Structures with identical names, but different content highlights by red color. Only one of the set of identical structures will be used in configurator.

Interface allows to remove «meta data» classes that not used in configuration and with the same names.

Tab contains the structure tree, table with parameters, field with the type of structure element and field with description of the selected element.

This tab designed for the modification configuration structure and values of parameters.

The table displays list of parameters of the element selected in the structure tree. Double click by the table element allows to change parameters value (with consider of the element type).

Right mouse button click by the table element allows to create the link to the parameter in the link table.

There is an opportunity to create «child» element, copy or remove object for the changing structure of the elements with the «list» prefix in the type.

Elements of object tree with name «list name not found» are lists without «name» field. Program didn't support link creation for the parameters with same objects in a link way.

This tab contains set of links on the devices into tab «Objects». This tab has similar functionality. There is no ability to change object tree structure.
