Sonix

The widget mds_widget (top window in the figure below) is a control panel that simplifies command input. First, the device must be selected, second, the desired command, third, an appropiate value for the parameter. The final step is running the command. The user can suspend/resume the execution or abort it. Actually, the widget represents a Python input panel and execution of the input string created from the input uses the Python interpreter.
