Spectra Visualization (SpectraViewer et al.)
Includes a number of widgets for visualization of data from point, 1D PSD and 2D PSD. A panel from matplotlib library is used for drawing, which allows to perform routine operations (zooming, panning, etc.) Added to those operations are:
- linear/log scaling
- automatic/manual window frame adjustment
and others depending on the data dimension. Spectra can be loaded from file (including zip archives) or directly from detectors.
To load a spectrum from a file, the respective directory should be added into Working directory window. Then double click on the file and select the required spectrum by double-clicking on it or from a right-click menu.
